Once the invoice is paid, you will receive your login to our state of the art client portal. In your client portal, you will receive the required questionnaire forms for your services - then is your time to truly analyze the questionnaire and fill out important content we’d need regarding your business and to help the creative process flow. We begin on your project once your questionnaire is complete. As soon as you’ve completed your questionnaire you will be assigned a dedicated campaign manager who will work with you to consolidate your goals and expectations and create a strategy to make them a reality.

What is the refund policy?
^All projects are subject to a complete 100% non-refundable payment from client. Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given especially after work (including proofs) has been issued and/or labor has begun. No refunds are given for any promotional sale prices and all sale invoices must be paid in full. If for any reason client cancels services, no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by the client. Client may receive a 90 day credit with Media Maven Marketing Agency for desired services if they choose not to began on the original date. Any timeframe after 90 days from the dated invoice becomes forfeited.
How are updates provided regarding the status?
^All communication with Media Maven Marketing Agency shall be done strictly via email. It is important to protect our brand and you, the client, by having written documented communication at all times to ensure both parties are still in agreement and there are no misunderstandings. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response from our team, if for any reason you have no response within that time frame please resend your email. We do not respond to any clients after business hours [Monday – Friday 10AM- 6PM EST] and we do not respond on weekends for any reason except emergency web hosting issues or tracking numbers. If for any reason, client does not communicate with our design team after 3 months, a 40% interest fee of the invoice amount is due in order to complete services. After 6 months of no communication with client, all services are deemed incomplete and service is no longer available. Payment is forfeit. No exceptions.
What is the standard turnaround time?
^Once your investment is confirmed, you’ll receive immediate access to our state-of-the-art client portal, via email. Inside, you’ll find a series of tailored intake forms designed to help us understand your business, goals, and creative direction. This is your opportunity to provide the essential details that fuel the entire process. We begin working on your project only after your questionnaire is fully completed, as this ensures every decision we make is rooted in your unique vision. After submission, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager who will collaborate with you one-on-one to refine your goals, clarify expectations, and map out a strategic plan for execution. Our standard turnaround time for initial graphic design concepts is 10–14 business days, depending on current volume although many projects are completed within 5–7 business days. Please note that each revision request requires up to 4 additional business days to ensure quality and alignment with your vision.
How many revisions are included w/ each project?
^Your project includes up to 2 complimentary revisions, which typically cover adjustments to fonts, colors, or layout placement. To maintain quality and efficiency, any revisions beyond the initial 2 will incur a $20 fee per additional revision. Please note that each revision request requires an additional 3–4 business days for processing. That’s why it’s crucial to be as clear and detailed as possible when completing your initial questionnaire this ensures you’re paired you with the right Media Maven who understands your vision from the start, minimizing delays and maximizing creative alignment.
