Before we can begin working on the hard stuff, you must first secure a domain. You can purchase a domain from GoDaddy.com, where prices typically range from $17 to $30 per year. For optimization purposes, we recommend choosing a .com domain that is short, easy to remember, seamless, and professional. Once you have secured your domain, you can select any hosting provider and platform you prefer. While we are not affiliates of Google, we recommend their hosting services for a smoother experience. Google’s plans typically start at around $6 per month, with other hosting providers often costing more. Please understand that we cannot proceed with the core work until both your domain and hosting are set up.

What do I need to provide you with?

To set up your professional email, we’ll need access to two main accounts: Your domain registrar account (such as GoDaddy) – This allows us to manage your domain’s DNS settings, which are necessary to properly connect your domain to your email hosting platform. Your hosting account (such as Google Workspace or your chosen email hosting provider) – This is where your email service will be set up and managed. You can either provide temporary login credentials or delegate access to our agency, depending on your comfort level. Once we have access, we’ll handle the full setup process: creating your custom email address (hello@yourbusiness.com), configuring all necessary DNS records, and ensuring proper email deliverability. We’ll also test everything and provide basic instructions so you can begin using your new professional email confidently without any technical hassle.

How long does it take to set up?

We can only begin the setup process once you’ve provided all the necessary documentation and access credentials (such as domain and hosting information). From there, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days to complete. During this time, we go through a thorough testing process to ensure your email is fully functional meaning it can send, receive, and sync properly across all devices. Our goal is to make sure everything runs smoothly before handing it over to you.
